NATEXPO, the leading international biennial fair for French organic, dietary and ecologic food and products returns for the 2013 exhibition, to be held October 20-22 at Paris-Nord Villepinte in Hall 7. Retailers will converge on this unique b2b exhibition, featuring what’s going on in the natural health and personal care sectors in France and abroad.

At the last NATEXPO 10,500 visitors from 69 countries were present and 94% said they were satisfied with the new suppliers whom they were able to meet at the event; and 95% of suppliers thought that the exhibition was relevant and in tune with the needs of the market.

With up to 15% of exhibitors coming from abroad and France being one of the two major EU markets for organic and ecological products, NATEXPO is an excellent venue for making business contacts whether it’s for importing or exporting food supplements, but also for foods, cosmetics and textiles – 56% of the show is dedicated to food products.

Organic & Wellness News spoke with three organic suppliers attending the 2013 Aurélie Servol, export manager of French organic tea maker Les Jardins de Gaïa, says the tea company will mainly present its organic and fair Christmas tea range of nine original recipes like a oolong tea flavored with raspberry and cocoa or a blacktea with caramel and cocoa, which come in a high quality, attractive cylinder packaging. The company expects to meet new and existing buyers in different retail and distribution channels and will launch an exciting new product category at the show.

Jules Brochenin of France has exhibited at Natexpo since the show began and will be at stand H90 this year. Diego Garcia of Jules Brochenin said that Natexpo is an opportunity to meet present and future customers and looks forward to meeting food distributors in France. The company will launch new vegetable oils, but also chia seeds, dried and pureed tropical fruits.
