Over 500 exhibitors will gather this coming Sep 28-30 in Lima Peru at Expoalimentaria, one of the most dynamic international showcases for the food industry in the region. A wide range of foods and ingredients, machinery, packaging and other equipment and services will be at hand for an expected audience of over 12,000 local and foreign buyers, already confirmed.
In the heart of the show the PeruNatura pavilion is set to invite buyers to taste and learn about the amazing biodiversity Peru has to offer. Twenty five firms will display the best assortment of organic and/or fair trade certified cacao, coffee and superfoods now in high demand in the international markets: camu camu, purple corn, native potatoes, camote, quinoa, amaranth, canahua, maca, yacon and sacha inchi, to name a few.
Other highlights at the show include 1st International Seminar ‘Emprende Peru’, presenting new trends and niche markets, the 6th Aquaculture Convention and the 4th International Convention on Organic Products.

A Food Festival with renowned chefs will demonstrate the best dishes of Peruvian cuisine, considered among the top in the world. Buyers and media missions will complement their trip with visits to production facilities in Lima and other Peruvian cities.
